We generated snRNA-Seq for olfactory sensory neurons from late stage pupae of the clonal raider ant to study the chemosensory gene expression during development. Overall design: Antennal clubs of pupae were dissected and single nuclei extraction was done using a custom protocol for insect tissues. Library preparation was done using 10X Genomics 3' v3.1 kit. Sequencning was dine using Illumina NovaSeq S2 flowcell.
